From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome drink and excellent service from the friendly staff. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with the luxury we were looking for. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. We also appreciated the sitting area and dressing area in the room, which added to our comfort. The housekeeping service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that our room was always tidy and well-maintained.

The spacious rooms were definitely a plus, and I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean linens. the pool was a great spot to relax and cool off from the heat. The surrounding views were also stunning, offering a beautiful glimpse of the lush greenery and mountains in the distance.

My overall experience was clouded by a few negative aspects. the Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, which was frustrating when trying to stay connected with loved ones back home.

Moreover, the resort would have been even better if it had more dining options. despite these minor hiccups, we had a great stay and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
